QNIS celebrates long service with Abbotsford Care

The Queen’s Nursing Institute Scotland helped Abbotsford Care to celebrate long-serving community nurses.

The nurses, who have a collective service of more than 250 years, were presented with Long Service Awards by QNIS Trustee, Josie Murray, at a special event at Dean Park Hotel last week.

The  ceremony showcased the dedication of these nurses, who have played a crucial role in the care home community.

Each nurse shared their inspiring journey, emphasising how their roles have fundamentally shaped their identities.

Abbotsford Care told QNIS that the organisation is honoured to have such dedicated professionals within its ranks and it remains committed to fostering an environment where their contributions are acknowledged and celebrated.
