New community nurse director role launched at Nottinghamshire Trust

The Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust has launched a new community director role in a bid to strengthen nurse leadership in the county.

Recruitment is underway for a credible leader to undertake the new post – Care Group Nurse Director – Community Health Services and Offender Health.

Applicants should have experience at senior nurse / associate director level within the field of community nursing.

In addition, they must have a proven track record of driving quality and safety improvements in complex environments.

The post holder will have the responsibility for developing and delivering systems and processes that enables the consistent delivery of safe high quality professional community nursing care.

According to the Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust, the successful candidate will create conditions for people to develop, improve, and achieve while always being clear about the purpose, aims, and organisational aspirations.
