Cavell Nurses’ Trust launches Work & Wellbeing Survey

An organisation which supports working and retired nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants has launched a Work & Wellbeing Survey.

The Cavell Nurses’ Trust announced this week it had opened the survey to capture the current working experiences of staff.

On its website, a spokesman for the organisation said: “The team at Cavell know that emotional and mental wellbeing is vital when it comes to coping during tough times.

“For nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants, personal wellbeing at work can sometimes be their last priority, as they continue to care for others at the expense of their own mental health.

“Whatever your experience may be, your views on work and wellbeing are important to help Cavell to capture important data about the current challenges facing the nursing and midwifery family.

“Your responses will be used to further develop the support that Cavell offer you and your colleagues in times of need.”

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will be open until May 2.

Participants also have the chance to win £200 in shopping vouchers.
